Just started this stack. Except the L-Tyrosine which has been my go to mood management supplement for two years as long as I don't go over 500mg as that triggers my cluster headaches. Finding good focus and good appetite control. May need to add a little more of theanine to settle down a slight jittery feeling. Theanine makes me tired so I am experimenting.
