Few supplements and items i am considering taking

A list of researched chemicals that may help with longevity for seniors. There has been a lot of research done behind these but tracking someone for decades and attributing good health it to a supplement is hard to do, so we will go based on whatever little scientific evidence there is.

This is my stack, with a few different focuses (note that their are overlaps between categories): -Anti aging, though I am still fairly young and fairly broke so I'm more conservative and prefer supplements which have proven to extend lifespan in mammals. This includes: deprenyl, raloxifene, turmeric/black pepper, Ashwangandha , Bacopa, Apigenin (dried parsley), NAC, low-dose lithium, PQQ, ubiquinol. -Nutrients lacking in vegetarian diet: B12, glycine, carnosine, ALCAR, green lipped mussel (DHA, EPA and glucosamine/chondroitin). -Nutrients good for OCD/bipolar types (I have generally very good mental health but lean to this side of the spectrum): NAC, low dose lithium, melatonin. -Anti inflammatory (also generally helpful for brain function): Turmeric/black pepper, Black cumin seed oil, NAC, probably most others to some extent. -General cognitive function: Panex Ginseng, deprenyl, black tea, green tea. I have refined it according to what works well for me. About me: -26 year old male -Neuroscience PhD student -High level of exercise* (aerobic running/biking, bouldering, weight lifting, various forms of yoga). Generally in good shape, raced a half ironman last year (probably lost a year off my life with that one). -Vegetarian diet (not vegan), average 14-16 hour daily fast (I skip breakfast), high vegetable intake, I try to not eat much carbs except in a window a few hours around dinner, avoid most sugar.* -Daily brief meditation practice*, prioritize spiritual life, consciously avoid stressful or distracting media. -Personality: Generally relaxed, introverted but often social, low stress, optimistic, sometimes leaning to the hypomanic/OCD spectrum if I don't watch my mental/physical health. -I have several mutations according to my 23andme results which influence this regimen. These include: TNF-alpha (increased function SNP), glycine transporter mutation (reduced glycine uptake), homozygous SOD2 mutation (reduced SOD2 activity, justifies more mitochondrial antioxidants in my mind), homozygous MTHFR (folate receptor mutation; can result in increased homocysteine), many DRD2 dopamine receptor SNP's, 1 APOE epsilon4 allele (slightly increased alzheimers risk). This may seem like a lot but I don't worry too much; even the homozygous combos are not uncommon in the healthy population. *exercise, diet and mindfulness training are easily more important than all the supplements in this stack combined.

I grew up playing hockey, started at the age of 7; I played some college, nearly made MSU's D1 team, ended up teaching the MSU hockey class for 3 years as a student and have been a driven, professional-like athlete my entire life. As I've gotten older I've continued to hone and improve my workout focusing mostly on speed and strength these days (I typically do 30 pull-ups and tabata sprints as part of my regular workout, among other things to gtive you an idea of the where I'm at physically). I've been taking suppliments most of my adult life and around 10 year ago got serious and started to research what I should be taking as I've gotten older. I'm a big fan of Ray Kurzweil and Terry Grossman, who I am fortunate enough to live near and receive medical advice from.
