Social anxiety supplement stacks (regimen) are consumed by those wanting to overcome social phobia’s, in which they are unreasonably fearful of social situations. It is a mental fear where one feels like they are being watched, judged and criticized. Nootropics can be particularly effective at helping users with this condition, the most common ones are: Phenibut & Picamilon (work on GABA and are similar to benzodiazepines), Ashwagandha and Rhodiola Rosea (natural). Trying to help 'cure' some of my anxiety. Will be expanding to slowly 'heal' my mental health, and eventually help with studying and concentration. Looking to reverse the mental cognition problems that depression has caused me. I get distracted easily by my depression and have suicidal ideation. I'm on Citalopram (an SSRI) and Melatonin currently, as well as the random anti-inflammatory for headaches and such. I'll be starting with L-Theanine for helping my anxiety (and hopefully my paranoid delusions that may come along with it), my general relaxation and stress, and hopefully a little sleep, as the melatonin isn't working as well as I would like. I am not diagnosed with any of the disorders I listed, but I have done extensive research and have concluded that I have each of them. I am diagnosed with depression, just not specified. Just trying to include as much information as possible. After L-Theanine, I'm going to either try a racetam or a choline booster (looking into Alpha GCP).
