Stacks

Stacks (or regimens) are a group of common items with different intended purposes that work together for a greater overall effect. User's have made stacks for many goals such as: Cognitive Enhancement (Nootropic stacks), Working out (Pre-workout and Post-workout), Fat Loss, Aging (Longevity) and even Hangovers. You may build a stack with common supplements, vitamins, minerals, herbs, and even things like recipes, water in-take, exercises, meditation, yoga, whatever you like. A sample stack for pre-workout could contain BCAA's for reducing fatigue, Caffeine for energy, and perhaps Nitrate. It really depends on your biology and goals, but when combined with reports from other user's and evidence based research presented on this site, it should be easy to determine the best product to buy or ingredients you should stack for your health goal. Enthusiasts/Biohackers love building and optimizing stacks because it helps them achieve their goal much more easily. You can take it a step further by recording your experience in a StackLog to quantify your experience/keep track of what worked and what didn't. Most commercialized supplements could be considered stacks because they may contain a multitude of different herbs and chemicals. Use TrackMyStack as a Supplement Tracker to improve your health quickly. more

Using this stack to address persistent depression, stress and anxiety. These mental conditions combine to: -undermine social interactions -perpetuate stress for small tasks -overlay all actions with apathy -exacerbate memory problems -force me into isolation -allow me to feel self-pity -create physical pain -drain me of mental and physical energy- -let me entertain self-doubt -get overwhelmed at the energy and actions necessary to complete the simplest of tasks -put myself down over every interaction -remind me of every cringe-worthy and embarassing moment in the past -convince me that my thoughts and emotions have control over me -convince me that I have no control I aim to use this stack to address the lowest hanging (physiological and neurological) fruit in order to create a mental environment where I can overcome depression, anxiety, and stress with ease.

Increased Energy Energy/Focus
I'm using this stack to combat terrible sleeping habits (possible sleep apnea). It seems to working fairly well for energy and when I get my motivation up I can REALLY kill it at work. I'm a software engineer and I can see in my code and productivity how well this has been working for me.

Using this stack to help with cognition and energy. I have been using some herbs like Rhodiola and Ashwanghda but they seem to be slowing me down too much. I have had success with Pireacetam and Noopept in the past.

I have not felt completely healthy in almost a decade now. In the last couple of years it has gotten much worse. All this time I didn't even have a clue to what was wrong with me as the doctors were telling me I have a bunch of functional disorders and similar shit or that it is all in my head. Anyway, now I might be on the right track on what to do to help myself get well again, but it's a huge change and there's lots of new things that I should be taking so I need this stack to help me organize, remember and track my progress.
