Stacks (or regimens) are a group of common items with different intended purposes that work together for a greater overall effect. User's have made stacks for many goals such as: Cognitive Enhancement (Nootropic stacks), Working out (Pre-workout and Post-workout), Fat Loss, Aging (Longevity) and even Hangovers. You may build a stack with common supplements, vitamins, minerals, herbs, and even things like recipes, water in-take, exercises, meditation, yoga, whatever you like. I grew up playing hockey, started at the age of 7; I played some college, nearly made MSU's D1 team, ended up teaching the MSU hockey class for 3 years as a student and have been a driven, professional-like athlete my entire life. As I've gotten older I've continued to hone and improve my workout focusing mostly on speed and strength these days (I typically do 30 pull-ups and tabata sprints as part of my regular workout, among other things to gtive you an idea of the where I'm at physically). I've been taking suppliments most of my adult life and around 10 year ago got serious and started to research what I should be taking as I've gotten older. I'm a big fan of Ray Kurzweil and Terry Grossman, who I am fortunate enough to live near and receive medical advice from.
