Stacks (or regimens) are a group of common items with different intended purposes that work together for a greater overall effect. User's have made stacks for many goals such as: Cognitive Enhancement (Nootropic stacks), Working out (Pre-workout and Post-workout), Fat Loss, Aging (Longevity) and even Hangovers. You may build a stack with common supplements, vitamins, minerals, herbs, and even things like recipes, water in-take, exercises, meditation, yoga, whatever you like.
