Multivitamin sometimes taken with dinner for various vitamins. B, D, K, Magnesium. Does not inhibit sleep. If anything, I think my sleep has improved.
Haven't noticed any change. I want to stick with it for a few weeks and take it off the stack to see if I notice anything. May switch over to NALT as I read it is more potent/noticeable for stress reduction.
Sometimes taken in the afternoon before I work out. Most of the time, I take in the morning or split the dosage 2.5g in the morning, 2.5g before I work out in the afternoon.
Bacopa made me feel quite lethargic the first week, so I recommend dosage in the afternoon first until the effects go away. Then, you can start dosing during the day if you want. Or, just continue to take it in the afternoon!

I may be building a tolerance. I still get some jitters from the coffee, which the L-theanine is supposed to prevent. May alter my coffee intake and will report back. The Ashwagandha gives me more focus
