Purpose: Memory and cognition problems, Loss of energy
Turbo charge everything that can be turbo charged (primarily the curcumin (turmeric) but other things as well are supposed to really be potentiated by this shit.
Primarily using for pain relief, joint pain etc, but also a neuroprotectant. Also using piperine to help potentiate this,.
No idea... just running through a test of all the racetams to find the best one for me.
Supposedly much better than the other racetams... and one of the only I have found that specifically addresses the issue of being able to clear "brain fog".... will soon find out.
One of the primary benefits of this supplement is that it increases the synthesis of cellular membranes. This is because it is one of the major building blocks of RNA. Additionally, it has been shown to be helpful in enhancing the neurons of the brain and in protecting the brain itself to some degree, working synergistically with fish oil [2, 3]. Research is also being conducted into the use of this supplement as a method to improve age related memory loss [9, 10] and mood . It boosts mood by increasing levels of dopamine in the brain , which not only improves your mood but your motivation and energy as well .
Part of bedtime stack to combat insomnia.
One of the primary benefits of taking valerian root extract is a reduction in stress and anxiety. valerian also provides nootropic benefits as well. Excessive amounts of corticosterone, the stress and anxiety hormone, negatively impact cognition. Supplementation with valerian was able to decrease corticosterone levels, which resulted in improved memory and learning. Primarily intending to use as pat of my bedtime stack. Good sleep is essential in eliminating brain fog and obtaining greater mental clarity.
NAC functions as an antioxidant primarily through the synthesis of gluthathione. Gluthathione is vital to an antioxidative cycle that isolates and detains free radicals; however, gluthathione eventually degrades. NAC is able to accelerate the rate at which gluthathione is produced [3, 4]. NAC is also an anti-inflammatory agent, particularly in regards to illnesses of the bowels . NAC also has a number of positive implications for lung health. As a smoker with an overactive immune system creating an inflammatory condition, this just seems to make perfect sense to me.
Taking this for Calmness and Reduced Anxiety/stress anti-inflammatory purposes.
A Vitamin B12 deficiency can lead to significant physiological change if neglected, so it is very important to know the signs of deficiency and address them immediately. Someone with inadequate Vitamin B12 in their diet might exhibit symptoms such as fatigue, loss of appetite, neurological abnormalities, confusion, and poor memory. This is me to a T!
Synergy between the racetams and the caffeine etc... much better than choline bitartrate, but really not sure if this is necessary when I am using ALCAR also. It's a little spendy so I skimp on this one because I am not entirely sure. It does however seem to help with brain fog where the choline bitartrate does nothing to help with that.
IMHO this stuff is pure crap and I will likely be removing it and relying on ALCAR and Alpha GPC as choline source. I tried it only because its cheap as dirt.
Piracetam benefits both young and healthy adults as well as aged adults with cognitive impairment, with more noticeable effects in the later group (I am 46 with a wierd ass disease impacting my brain). In particular, piracetam is incredibly efficacious at relieving the effects of age related memory loss and other cognitive ailments. Piracetam improves mood and reduces anxiety. This can also directly improve cognition as poor moods and elevated levels of stress can negatively impact memory. It is also an effective neuroprotectant, particularly after episodes of ischemia and stroke.
For starters ALCAR, Acetyl L-Carnitine, can help with a number of health issues and conditions, including promoting heart health and reducing nerve pain. This supplement also has the benefit of being a powerful anti-oxidant. This helps to scavenge free radicals and remove other toxins and poisons. Furthermore, it helps to improve the efficiency of communication between neurons within the brain. ALCAR also has the potential to improve the brain. It is thought to help increase the release and/or production of a powerful neurotransmitter known as Acetylcholine. This neurotransmitter plays a vital role in memory formation, learning capacity, and a number of additional cognitive processes. Many users also report having a sense or feeling of mental energy, clarity of thought, and calm focus. Helps potentiate other nootripics.
This is probably most important item in my stack. I consistently test very low on vitamin d which is very common with many autoimmune diseases for some reason as we do not properly absorb vitamin d and must supplement with fairly high doses and still often test low. It is responsible for feeling incredibly weak and terrible and a host of problems too numerous to list! This shit is a MUST!
It helps regulate function of muscles, blood pressure, metabolic processes, and influences NMDA receptors. Moreover, adequate magnesium supplementation can improve memory, thinking, learning, facilitate synaptic plasticity and lowers anxiety levels. While it may not have nootropic superpowers, those who are deficient may notice a major improvement in their cognition with magnesium supplementation.
Tons of uses, here and should be in every stack IMHO
Energy baby... wtf else?
Noopept is a great memory booster and learning aid. Noopept positively effects acetylcholine, a neurotransmitter responsible for learning and cognition. This results in notable enhancement in memory retrieval, development, and repair. The boost in Acetylcholine levels improves neuronal communications and improves synaptic plasticity (this helps you with reasoning and solving problems) Noopept powder is also a neuroprotectant. It does this by relieving oxidative stress inside the brain. Noopept powder can also slow age related memory loss. This is far superior to Piracetam in my opinion and/or potentiates it. For now I will be using both.
Helps concentrate energy from endogenous and exogenous stimulants within the central nervous system (as opposed to the peripheral nervous system); essentially wakes up your mind whilst simultaneously neutralizing anxiety and jitters. Aids in the production of dopamine. Using to counteract stimulant jitters during the day, and to help promote deeper relaxation and sleep at night.
