Contributing lifestyle factors include lifting, diet, meditation, polyphasic sleep and working at my stand-up desk (includes anti-fatigue mat) which does wonders!
*A jot down of how i'm feeling on a regular basis:
The Good: Elevated mood, Greater appreciation and zest for life. Gushing flow of ideas for writing and conversation. Zero stress/anxiety.
The Bad: A brooding impatience generally accompanied by irritability, which leads to increased profanity. May be ticked off by small matters - for example, being around someone who has the flu. My mind never shuts up unless I'm meditating or sleeping. To stop for a moment and smell the roses has become an exercise in willpower.
// My morning cocktail consists of half a lemon, 1 tsp of MSM (sulfur) and a pre/probiotic formula (ezyflora). I'll then take a pre-workout/BCAA mix (contains AMP citrate) shortly after, before heading off to the gym.
// My nightly cocktail (taken 15-20 mins before bed) is a combination of 1 tbsp of almond butter/raw honey with cinnamon, 1 tbsp of MCTs and P/P (listed above)
