Urbanpaleo's Anti-Jitter stack

General Health 271 Updated: 2016-09-08 urbanpaleo
This gives me relief from the jitters or adrenal cortisol spikes caused by a variety of factors, including supplements, bad chemical smells, or ingesting something that makes my heart race. To be taken ASAP after exposure, starting with Chaga extract and skullcap and magnesium in water. Take additional magnesium if needed - Mag-taurate works best.

However, if you have taken some nootropic or other supplement (for me it was too much DHEA), or you drank too much coffee and you have the jitters, taking chaga, skullcap and magnesium together works really fast to calm you down. Better, faster, than L-theanine..
