Glutathione GSH is the major endogenous antioxidant produced by the body, possessing a substantial reduction-oxidation (i.e. "redox") potential. GSH can participate both directly and indirectly in neutralizing free radicals and reactive oxygen species. GSH Also helps maintain levels of exogenous antioxidants, like vitamins C and E, in their active forms. This formula contains the body's most fully active form of folate, MTHF (methyl-tetra-hydro-folate) as well provides fully active vitamin B12 (as methylcobalamin, vs. the garbage cyanacobalamin, which is barely bioavailable, if at all, yet most formulas use it to save a few pennies).
