General Health 343 SupplementDoctor
Chronic candidiasis, or yeast syndrome, is a complex medical syndrome that can be sttributed to an overgrowth in the gastrointestinbal tract of the usually benign yeast Candida albicans. The most common cause of which is prolonged antibiotis use since they suppress the immune system and the abnormal intestinal bacteria that prevent yeast overgrowth thus, promoting the proliferation of Candida albicans. Other factors that may cause the condition may also include decreased digestive secretions, immunosuppresive drugs, and impaired immunity. It can be hard to spot ,as its symptoms are the same as those of a number of other health issues such as fatigue, allergies, immune system malfunction, depression, chemical sensitivities, and digestive disturbances. According to research or other evidence, the following self-care steps may be helpful.
