Soy lecithin, which is derived from soy, is a lecithin that delivers high levels of Phosphatidylserine, Phosphatidylcholine, and Phosphatidylinositol. It has been used to increase intestinal bioavailability of some other agents. Soy lecithin serves to enhance the absorption of Boswellia serrata, Curcumin, Silymarin, Grape Seed Extract, and Green Tea Catechins.



Tongkat Ali extract increases testosterone, sexual arousal and libido in men and women. It may affect mood, stress and cortisol levels as well. It is often referred to as "Natural Viagra". Its mechanism of action although is very different than that of erectile dysfunction medications. It is often used by men and women in countries like Malaysia to enhance libido. There is anecdotal evidence that it delays ejaculation and increases sperm quality.
