Red Clover Extract is derived from the Red clover plant and is referred to as isoflavones including Soy Isoflavones, It has been used for several health conditions such as for cancer prevention, indigestion, high cholesterol, whooping cough, cough, asthma, bronchitis, and sexually transmitted diseases. On the other hand, some women use Red Clover Extract as a therapy for menopause such as hot flashes, and has also been used for breast pain or tenderness, and premenstrual syndrome.

Coluracetam is derived from its parent compound Piracetam and was invented in Japan and registered by the Mitsubishi Tanabe Pharmaceutical Corporation. It is a nootropic supplement that was initially made to treat Alzheimer's disease and later to treat MDD. Additionally, it is now used as an anxiolytic and as a treatment for depressive disorders. Currently it is shown to reverse the loss of choline acetyltransferase production and may induce lasting procognitive effects and help improve learning impairment.
