Olive Oil Review

Olive Oil ReviewOlive Oil is derived from the fruit and seeds of the Olive tree. It serves to have several health benefits such as for the prevention of heart attack and stroke, breast cancer, colorectal cancer, rheumatoid arthritis, and migraine headache. Moreover, some people use Olive Oil to treat jaundice, intestinal gas, and meteorism or swelling of the abdomen due to gas. Also it has been used for the treatment of constipation, high cholesterol, high blood pressure, arthritis, gallbladder diseases, blood vessel problems associated with diabetes, and pain associated with ear infections. Its benefits may be attributed to the fatty acids in olive oil that may decrease cholesterol levels thus, lowering blood pressure levels and reducing the risk for stroke. On the other hand, Olive Oil has also been used as a cooking and salad oil. It has also been produced commercially to make soaps, commercial plasters and liniments as well as to delay setting in dental cements. It is also known as EVOO Extra-Virgin Olive Oil.
