Lemon Balm Review

Lemon Balm ReviewThe Melissa officinalis, or lemon balm, is an herb known to improve memory and reduce stress. Some studies have found that people perform arithmetic with increased speed and no reduction in accuracy when taking a 300 mg dosage. One of the active components of lemon balm is eugenol, which has been shown to calm muscles and even numb tissues. Moreover, its inhibitory response is likely a result of stimulating the neurotransmission of GABA, the main inhibitory neurotransmitter in the brain that prvents over-excitement and helps attain balance. Lemon Balm is categorized under Herbal Supplements.
