Ashwagandha, also called "Indian Ginseng", is a popular Indian herb that is used to reduce stress and facilitate learning and memory. Also, its seeds, in the form of ground powder have been researched for treating other neurodegenerative disorders. Mucuna Pruriens is also known to boost mood and is used as an herbal remedy for depression and anxiety.
